Our homes are produced by ProBuilt Homes of Pennsylvania. ProBuilt builds indoors in a modern residential home building facility. Your home is never subjected to rain, wind, or intense heat.

Here’s how:
- Save time and money – we can deliver and set your home within
6-8 weeks of placing the order. After the house is set, your new home can be ready to move into in as little as one to two months.
- Modular homes cost less than stick-built homes – because of manufacturing efficiencies, modular homes typically cost less than comparable “stick-built” homes.
- Be your own General Contractor and save – since modular homes are approximately 90% complete after being set, the average person is able to oversee completion of their new home, thus saving the cost and necessity of hiring a
general contractor.
- Financing is available through First Eastern Mortgage. First Eastern Mortgage specializes in providing construction-to- permanent financing to homeowners acting as their own General Contractor.
We provide in-house computerized
custom design services at no additional cost or obligation to you. We will help you design the right home for your family's needs and budget. We can customize your new home by adapting standard plans to meet your needs, design your new home from the ground up, or work with your own design plans from another architect.
